Dr. William Kotler is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with extensive experience in clinical care, medical operations, and remote healthcare. He currently practices at Tulane University Medical Center and East Jefferson General Hospital while also leading advancements in remote and outpatient care through RemoteMD, Pelican State Outpatient Center, and Plaquemines Medical Center.

A graduate of St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine, Dr. Kotler completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Florida Hospital (now AdventHealth). He also holds a B.S. in Health Sciences from the University of Miami, with minors in Chemistry and Business Administration.
